What we believe about the basics:

• The Bible is the divinely inspired Word of God, and has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
• The best guide to the interpretation of Scripture is Scripture itself.

What we believe about Creation

• The account of origins presented in Genesis is a literal and factual presentation of actual events and therefore provides a reliable framework for scientific research into the question of the origin and history of life.
• The scientific aspects for creation are important but are secondary in importance to the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• The Doctrines of Creator and Creation cannot ultimately be divorced from the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

• The Earth is under 10,000 years old per Genesis 1-11
• Mankind was created in better condition than seen today- mind, health, and genome
• All of creation is purposeful but is also subject to the Curse of found in Genesis 3
• The majority of geologic features we see today were the result of the Flood followed by a short Ice Age
• Apemen never existed

There has been adaptation of life to the environments of the Earth within the limits of each created “kind” which have diversified after the Flood.  No evolution from one kind to another has ever occurred.
